GNOK BUG · OPTIONAL AI CREDITS

AI Credit Terms

Version: bug-ai-usd-2026-10-20-v1 · Effective October 20, 2026.

These additional terms apply when your workspace chooses to purchase or use Gnok Bug AI credits. They supplement the Gnok Bug Terms of Service. They do not change your core subscription or authorize a card charge through signup.

Separate, one-time purchases

AI credits are a separate workspace balance denominated in US dollars. The minimum purchase is $10. An authorized workspace administrator reviews the amount, explicitly approves the purchase and confirms payment in the secure payment form inside Gnok Bug. Card details are processed directly by Stripe; Gnok Bug does not receive or store the card number or security code. There is no automatic reload, recurring AI subscription or off-session card charge.

Your core subscription remains $8 per member/month with monthly billing, or $6 per member/month billed annually at $72 per member/year, under your paid agreement. The 30-day workspace trial does not authorize payment. AI credits are optional and separate from the subscription and trial.

Usage and the implementation fee

AI analysis and coding deduct actual model token costs and sandbox runtime from prepaid credits. Current Claude Sonnet 5.5 standard model rates are $2 per million input tokens and $10 per million output tokens. Cache usage, when present, uses the applicable published provider rate. Current sandbox runtime is $0.0034 per billed minute, rounded up to the next minute. Model charges are calculated to the next microdollar per response; the usage history records quantities and rates.

Each separately approved implementation attempt adds a $0.50 fee when the agent starts implementing. Analysis has no implementation fee. A plan approval alone does not incur that fee. Failed or cancelled work can still consume model tokens and runtime, and an implementation attempt that has started still incurs its fee. Work is not priced or guaranteed by successful fix or merged pull request.

Approval, holds and limits

Before analysis, a fresh analysis or implementation, the person starting the work explicitly approves its displayed maximum credit use. Gnok Bug holds that amount from the available workspace balance and deducts known usage as it occurs. Unused holds are released when work and usage reconciliation finish. If a provider request is interrupted and its usage is unknown, the amount remains an unbilled hold until reconciled; a reserve is not an actual charge. Unknown costs may be waived at Gnok’s expense.

Insufficient credits stop new work; they do not cause a card charge. Workspace spending limits and service availability still apply. Credits do not guarantee immediate execution, a successful fix or a completed pull request. Changes to code require human plan approval; merging remains a human decision in GitHub.

Balance, refunds and corrections

Purchased credits do not expire during this launch. Administrators can review purchases, usage, holds and adjustments in the AI credits page. Duplicate payment notifications do not add duplicate credits. Refunded or disputed payments reduce the balance they funded and may pause further work. Closing a payment form does not by itself cancel an already completed payment.

Contact Gnok Bug support for refund requests, disputed charges, incorrect usage or platform failures. We review the payment and usage record before making an adjustment. No additional card charge is made without a separate explicit purchase.
