ACCESS WITH INTENTION

Your work has context.
Your access should, too.

Gnok Bug combines organization-managed identity with application and issue access controls. This page describes the current product’s security foundations. Service availability and permitted data use are described in the Gnok Bug Terms of Service.

Organization sign-in

Passwords, identity verification, account recovery, administrator multi-factor authentication and passkey enrollment are part of Gnok Bug’s sign-in flow. Browser access and refresh tokens stay in encrypted server-side sessions.

Workspace approval

New workspace founders verify their email and wait for manual approval. Approval activates access; administrator MFA is required during sign-in.

Scoped collaboration

Member access, issue visibility and guest grants are enforced by the application. Guests participate within their granted scope. Private issues and internal comments remain subject to access controls, including notification delivery and attachment authorization.

Guest revocation prevents new grants and new authorized attachment URLs. Previously issued access tokens and signed download URLs can remain usable until their bounded expiration, up to five minutes.

Data protection

The deployed application uses HTTPS, encrypted database and object storage, restricted database credentials and tenant-scoped data access. Attachment downloads use time-limited, authorized URLs. Database restore checks verify application reads and writes against an isolated copy.

These measures are product security controls. This page does not claim a certification, audit attestation or contractual availability or recovery commitment.
